Cuando pido telas online (que es prácticamente siempre), el momento de abrir el paquete y ver cómo son las telas que había pedido, es una maravilla. En mayo me llegó mi último pedido de telas, y al abrir vi esta tela AMARILLA, amarillo canario total, y lo guardé lo más abajo del montón de telas posible, porque me asustó el color. Nunca he tenido nada amarillo, aún menos amarillo canario, y desde luego que nunca se me había ocurrido hacerme un vestido entero así. ¡Pero vete a saber lo que me pasó por la cabeza al elegir las telas online! Pues, no lo toqué hasta agosto. Y cómo no, ¡me ha encantado! Es otra adaptación del cuello de volantes de ohmotherminediy. Y me fui de boda con el vestido amarillo... Fuera discreción!

Telak normalean internetez erosten ditut, gehienetan telefonoz eskatuta. Eta normala den bezala, batzuetan sorpresak hartzen ditut telak etxean jasotzean. Azken eskaria maiatza inguruan egin nuen, eta tela hori hori hau ikustean, montoian ahal zen beherena gorde nuen.

I usually order the fabrics online, on my phone, so when I receive them, there's always some surprise. I received my last order around May, and when I saw this YEEEEELLOW piece, I just put it way down under all the rest of them, because I got shocked.

Abuztua arte ez dut ateratzeko gogorik izan, baina orain azalean udako kolore goxoa dudala, ti ta atera nuen eta gusto handiz josi. Lepoalde osoa desjosi behar izan nuen, eskotatuegia gelditu zitzaidalako, eta lepo honek lan ederra du!

I wasn't game enough to take it out before August, once I had a nice summer tan. I really enjoyed sewing it, even though I had to undo the whole neckline, because it was too wide.

I adapted the pattern from ohmotherminediy once again, and this is the result. From the side I like it more than the black one I made, but from the front I like the black one better. You can't have it all!
