Nere josteko txokoa- My sewing corner

Voto por el Rums semanal!!! Me pongo a hacer unos vaqueros, sigo afinando el patrón propio, termino y me quedo bastante contenta. Vale, bien! Pero miro y remiro la bragueta y me doy cuenta que lo he hecho al revés!!! Nrjjjj!!! Me suele gustar reciclar los bolsillos traseros, y esta vez decidí poner bolsillos de los enanos en un lado y uno mío en el otro (no tengo vaqueros reciclables del señor de la casa). Y lo remato con una camiseta Joanix adaptada, a ver si le saco alguna foto mejor. Nere bakeroen patroia moldatzen jarraitzen dut. Honetan oso gustora gelditu nintzen emaitzarekin, baina bukatu ondoren begira ta begira ari nintzen, zerbaitek ez zidan-ta kuadratzen... brageta alderantziz jarri nion, eta ez dago zentratuta!!! Nrjjjjj!!!! I keep adapting the pants pattern I made, and this time I found it was pretty close. Great! But after I finished them, I realised I made the fly the wrong way and it's not centered! Desde que empecé a coser sigo acercándome a mi estilo, y ya he aprendido a comprarme telas "más feas", pensando en cómo quedarán. Esta la compré en Els Encants de Barcelona en verano, y parece una tela para abuelillas, pero a mí me encanta cómo ha quedado!!  Intentaremos volver al blog con fundamento, que me cuesta mucho sacarme fotos... A ver qué se cuece por Rums hoy! Josten hasi nintzenetik "nere estilo"ra hurbiltzen nabil, eta telak aukeratzeko momentuan tela "itxusiagoak" aukeratzen ditut, nola geldituko diren pentsatuz. Hau Bartzelonako Els Encants-en erosi nuen eta amoñaken itxura du, baina neri gustatzen zait!!! Ever since I started sewing I try to find my "sewing style", and I've learnt to buy uglier pieces of fabric, thinking about the end result. Tengo una tela que no es muy de mi estilo, pero que me gusta. Elijo este patrón que no es muy de mi estilo, pero que me apetecía probar. Le añado mangas 3/4, y ni miro para asegurarme la talla... y me queda perfecto de todos los lados, sin tener que hacer arreglos. PEEEERO.... parezco una cortina de la época de mi abuela! HORROR!!! Se lo enseño a mi marido y se queda sin palabras, con un careto!! Pues sí, yo también la odio. Le di una segunda oportunidad, quitándole las mangas (cortando, sin descoser, como una buena "malacosturera"), pero quedó peor. Tranquilas, ya lo estoy utilizando como tela de pruebas. Uf! Tela hau ez da oso nere estilokoa baina uste nuen ondo geldituko zitzaidala, patroi hau ere ez, baina banituen erabiltzeko gogoak. En cuanto cosí este vestido a principios de verano pensé en hacerme uno parecido en blanco, para las fiestas del pueblo. Me encantó esta tela de Aliexpress, lo cosí dejando la forma de las flores en la parte de abajo, y haciendo unas mangas pequeñas. Pero el resultado no me gustó tanto como me esperaba. ¡Qué se le va a hacer! ¿Cuántas blogueras compran tela en el mercado Els Encants de Barcelona? Pues yo también quería. Y de vuelta de vacaciones pasamos por Barcelona y terminé allí yo también. Lo recomiendo a todas, hay un montón de tiendas de telas y casi todas entre 2€ y 4€ el metro, vamos, un chollazo! El patrón es el mismo de ohmothermine, otra vez, y no será la última.  This is the first sew from the fabrics I bought in a market in Barcelona. I love buying fabric on holidays, somehow I don't feel guilty about spending money on moooore fabric! I used the same pattern as usual, and it won't be the last. Cuando vas a comprar un trocito de polipiel negro para hacer un bolso para tu tía y te encuentras con esta preciosidad en stock... pues que se te desvía la mirada! When you are looking for a black fake leather for your auntie's bag and you find this beauty in stock, you lose concentration! Etiketak pila bat gustatzen zaizkit. Nere arditxoa metalezkoa aurkitu nuenetik pila bat erabiltzen dut. I love tags! Since I found my sheep in metal I use it lots. Veranito, veranito! Udan, soineko frexkoak eta zabalak, udako elikadura ohitura kaxkarrak, erlajazioa eta kirol falta ez hainbeste sumatzeko.  In summer, fresh and wide dresses, to try and hide the results from my unhealthy summer diet and complete relaxation and lack of exercise.  Berriz ere ohmotherminediy-ren patroi basikoa erabili dut. Honetan lepoaldea aldatu diot eta poltsiko borobil batzuk jarri. I used the same pattern again, from ohmotherminediy.com. I changed the neckline and I added circle pockets to it. Uste dut errealitatean argazkietan baino politagoa dela! I reckon it looks better in real life! Eta honekin banoa berriz Rums -era!  And I'm off to Rums again! Badakit, beti denboraz kanpo josten dut. Abuztua hasi berria eta txikiantzako mantala josten... zer egingo diogu ba! Aspaldi nituen eskolako mantala josteko gogoak eta azkenean hortan jarri naiz.  I always seem to be sewing out of time, and this time it was a school smock in the middle of summer. I've been meaning to sew one for a while and apparently it was the right time to do so. Tela asko begiratu ondoren, azkenean etxean nituen zatitxo batzuk erabili ditut. After looking into lots of different fabrics, I chose a couple of scraps that I had at home.  Nola egin argazkitxo batzuk ateratzeko? Tomateak biltzera joan denean mantala jantzi diot eta lixto, denak konten! Berak bere tomate gorriak biltzen zituen bitartean nik argazkiak atera dizkiot. Soineko beltza sinple eta errex bat behar nuen, kalera ateratzeko edo hondartzara joateko balio didana. Ba arratsalde batean jarri ti-ta, eta egina! Horrelako proiektuak nahi ditut udan.  I needed a simple and easy black dress, that I can wear out or to go to the beach. So I go into it one afternoon and done! I like projects like that for summer. Patroiak errepikatzea asko gustatzen zait, emaitza gutxi gora-behera ezagutzen duzu, eta tela ezberdinekin eta moldaketekin arropa guztiz ezberdina lortzen da. Hala ere, beti bezela, aldeetatik sartu behar izan dut (ez dut ikasten!!!), eta hasieran jarri nizkion poltsikoak galdu ditu. Ez, ez nuen poltsikoak errepikatzeko gogorik. I like to repeat patterns, that way you don't get surprises, and using different pieces of fabric and making changes to the original pattern, you can have a completely different piece of clothing. Although, as usual, I had to take in from the sides, losing the pockets I made to start with.

Udan ere josten ari naiz. Hainbeste ordu ditu egunak, badudala denbora haurrekin egoteko, hondartza eta piszinara joateko, siesta egiteko, eta noizean behin josteko ere.  I also sew in summer. The days are so long, I've got time to spend with the little ones, to go to the beach and the pool, to have siestas, and every now and then, to sew. Haurrak margotu edo legoekin ibiltzen diren bitartean nik patroiak prestatu eta telak mozten ditut, eta auzoan barna jolastera joaten direnean, josten dut.  While the kids are drawing or on the legos I prepare the patterns and I cut the fabric, and when they are off playing in the neighbourhood, I sew.  Arazo bakarra da argazkiak ateratzeko pereza haundia dutela, eta josketa ale batzuk ditut blogean jartzeko. Aurreko urteko txanoa exkax xamarra zuenez, aurten bi txano egin dizkiot. Honetan tela lisoekin. Horia eta berdea ez zait hainbeste gustatu baina bakerozkoa pila bat. Alde batean apaingarritxo bat jarri diot botoi batekin bukatua. Patroia diariodenaii-ena da, %110ean inprimitua eta josteko marginik gabe. Bakerozkoari luzeran josteko margina jarri diot luzexagoa izateko. Ni emaitzarekin super pozik nintzela, esaten dit semeak "nik bixerak nahiago ditut. Dire más guay". Egiz?????!!!!!
