SASKITXOAK- BASKETS

Let's Rums!

To open Pinterest and to find the different ways to use IKEA's Fintorp system, to find these beautiful baskets, and to go to IKEA the next day ends up like that.

Patroia inprobisatu nuen, oso sinplea da, baina arratsalde guzia eman zigun. Borobilak elkartzeak denbora pixkat eman zigun, baina batez ere 10 saski egin behar izan genituela, barrutik eta kanpotik ondo gelditzeko.

It was a rainny and yucky Saturday afternoon, so M and I started making these non-stop. I improvised the pattern, it's very simple, but it took us all afternoon. Joining circles to straight lines takes a bit of time, but especially making 10 baskets to end up with 5!, just to have the inside as nice as the out.

Proiektu hauetatik gehien gustatzen zaidana da hari guztiak moztu gabe uzten ditudala, barruko aldea txapuzero xamar, eta buelta ematean hain garbi eta txukun agertzen direla! Frustraziorik gabeko lana. Tela erreza, patroi erreza, eta emaitza polita. Baina batez ere konpainia ezin hobea!

My favourite thing about these projects is that I don't have to cut off any of the threads, I can leave the inside of them crappy, but when I turn them inside out, it all ends up nice and clean. It's a frustration-free job. Easy fabric, easy pattern and nice result. But most of all, in the best company!

Kasualidadez, gelditzen zitzaizkidan IKEAko tela zatitxo batzuk, josteko txokoarekin ondo jotzen zutenak. Eta ari gera pixkanaka josteko txokoa osatzen eta apaintzen. Momenturen batean kolore pixkat sartu beharko ote diot? Momentuz horrela geldituko da, ze nere gelan daukat txokoa, eta gela ere dena txuri-txuri da.

I was happy to see I had enough left-over fabrics from IKEA that suited my sewing corner. I'm  slowly decorating my sewing corner. My question now is, am I going to put some colour in my sewing corner? I'm going to leave it as is at the moment, because it's in my bedroom and it's all white anyway.

TELAK/FABRICS: IKEA
PATROIA/PATTERN: inprobisatua. Improvised

  3. Eskerrikasko!
